Leadership Blog #3

1. I want to be a more selfless and a servant leader. One who leads with love.
Goals to help me reach this:

-Look for ways every day to serve and help others

-Greet everyone with a smile on my face

-Strive to know the Savior better and learn from Him and His wonderful example. Study the scriptures, attending church, and praying for that help and guidance in my life.

- Be willing and happy to help and serve others and God.

-Genuinely get to know people and try to make them feel wanted and important, (talk with them, don't judge, befriend everyone)

- Choose to be happy each day

-Learn from my mistakes and trials

2. I loved the story about John Plaso. He is someone that I truly want to be like! I think we can help other people achieve their goals and dreams by letting them know that they are important and supporting them. Many people just need someone in their life to support and to love them. I plan to help others by showing them happiness and love, serving them, and helping them recognize their divine potential and worth here on this earth that we all have.

3. When defining visions and goals, one value that comes to my mind is determination. When we have determination, we know we have a purpose and something we want to achieve. Determination allows us to become better people, stand for something, have hope, and become the best people that we can be.
