Hey would you look at this!

Stories of faith, inspiration, motivation, change, stepping outside the comfort zone, leading, dreaming, and life. My hope is to become the best person I can be, and by doing so, try and help others reach their potential as well. ENJOY! :)

Leadership Blog #6

1. I believe that sometimes it is hard to implement accountability in a group.  It becomes easy to just go with the crowd and not feel like you have to be the one to take action or responsibility for something. I believe that implementing and showing the importance and responsibility of each member of the team provides that natural affect of a sense of belonging and responsibility that I think in turn will create more members to take accountability for things more.

2. When facilitating teamwork, as a leader I think it can be hard to come across as one of them, but still making sure you are helping the team move toward something together. You have got to make sure that your team trusts you and each other, and knows that you ultimately are trying to better the team as a whole.
