What it is Like With Your Parents Gone

 Whenever my parents leave, I think to myself, YAAAY party at Emmy's! And sure, that may be the case, but sometimes you don't even need a party; sometimes it is crazy enough without one.

My parents left last Friday for Joao Pessoa, Brazil, and are returning home this Tuesday. The craziness all started when they called me Saturday. They gave the phone to some Brazilian that "needed to talk to me" and I soon found out it was my brother Rock. We both were just speechless; screaming back and forth like a couple of maniacs. Haha, it was great. But it costs 2 dollars a minute to talk, so we only could for about 5 minutes. I never really comprehended how much my parents do for me on a daily basis--maybe it is the fact that everything is being thrown at me while they're gone--but there have been so many things I've needed to get signed, and opportunities that have arisen that I wish I could discuss with my parents shortly, instead of emailing them haha. Well my cousin Jill is babysitting us, and it is soo fun! She cracks me up, and it is fun to have someone that's like an older sister to joke around with. My cousins came over on Sunday and we had cousin council; basically you tell all the latest drama in your life and give eachother advice. It's great! Well my weekend was fun, and I just wanted to take the time and thank my parents for all they do for me! And I cannot WAIT for Rock to get home! haha it has been a long week waiting for him! ohh yaa! I went swimming on Saturday! You know what that means.. ARIZONA YOU ARE WARMING UP!
