Sooo pretty much my life was crazy last Friday!! I ran my first ever sports assembly! It was great. I was a bit nervous the night before, but as the next day progressed, it turned into excitement and I was ready. It was so much fun! Little did I know that the news was going to show up a half hour before the assembly making me all the more calm. That's all I've ever wanted!! Hahah just kidding but it was awesome. Yaay for Mountain View assemblies!
That night after school, I was the DJ at the tailgate partaaaay. It definitely was a legit party in the USA. Haha I practiced doing the "jerk" with my fellow classmates and then headed out for the first home game!! Whiiiich we unfortunately lost. Bad. Dang it! So I was BEAT when I got home and hit my mattress. Student Council is pretty much.. taking over my life. But it's alright. I'll be social again after homecoming!
Saturday, I went to the cutest lunch place EVER!!! It's called Liberty Market. It's in downtown Gilbert, and I went with some of my best friends Brooke, Catie, and Stephanie. We explored around the jaw dropping bathrooms while people just stared at us like we were nuts. But don't get me wrong, their bathrooms were AMAZING! Each stall was like a different little room that played music and stuff! ahaha I loved it.
At 3 PM, guess who shows up none other than.. Mark Soelberg! Haha yaay homecoming date! It was our day activity. And it was so fun! We met up with the crew at Matt Willet's, and then we headed out to Schnepf Farm's. Kay.. totally my kind of date. I had never been there and it was perfect cause we had it all to ourselves! Talk about connections.. but so we road THE rollercoaster, the swings, petted the animals (the horse wasn't too fond of mark), had an airsoft war (ouch! Bad idea to wear shorts!), and then settled down to some good old country music at a cute little shop for dinner. After that, we drove back to Matt Willet's house and swam and played games! What a fun, fun day. I'm super excited to go with Mark!
